Ucal Ltd Board Approves Director Re-appointments

Ucal Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 8, 2026, approved the re-appointment of several key directors. Mr. Jayakar Krishnamurthy was re-appointed as Managing Director (also designated Chairman and Managing Director) for a five-year term starting September 1, 2026. Mr. Ram Ramamurthy was re-appointed as Whole Time Director for two years from September 4, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Ramachandran Sundar was re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term from November 13, 2026, and Mr. Abhaya Shankar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for two years from November 14, 2026. The board also approved an increase in managerial remuneration for Mr. Adithya Srivatsa Jayakar, Deputy Managing Director. Shareholder approval will be sought for these appointments.
