Uday Jewellery Appoints Venugopal & Chenoy as Statutory Auditors

Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Venugopal & Chenoy, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 27th AGM until the 32nd AGM in 2031. They will replace the retiring auditors, M/s. Anant Rao & Malik. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 27th AGM. M/s. Venugopal & Chenoy, established in 1964, have previously served the company as Statutory Auditors.
