Board Appoints Aheer & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27

The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on May 28, 2026, has approved the appointment of M/s. Aheer & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad (FRN: 018280S), as the Internal Auditors for the fiscal year 2026-27. This decision was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
