Board recommends final dividend of ₹0.5 for FY2025-26

The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 (Fifty Paise) per equity share of face value ₹10 each, which is 5% for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If declared by the members at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration. The record date for determining eligible shareholders will be intimated in due course.
