Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd Announces Amalgamation with Narbada Gems & Jewellery Limited

Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd has announced the amalgamation of Narbada Gems & Jewellery Limited. The Transferor Company has been amalgamated with the Transferee Company and ceases to exist upon the scheme becoming effective. The Company has filed Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies to give effect to the Scheme of Amalgamation. The Company Secretary of the erstwhile Narbada Gems & Jewellery Limited, Mr. Sachin Upadhyaya, has tendered his resignation due to the amalgamation and dissolution of the Transferor Company by operation of law. The effective date of resignation of Mr. Sachin Upadhyaya is February 19, 2026.
