Uflex Ltd Acquires 28% Stake in Ampin C&I Power Twenty Seven Private Limited for Rs. 6.67 Crores

Uflex Ltd has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with Ampin C&I Power Twenty Seven Private Limited. This investment is aimed at sourcing hybrid power (Solar + Wind) on a long-term basis under the captive power plant policy. The cost of acquisition is Rs. 6,66,60,000, and Uflex Ltd will hold a significant 28% stake in Ampin C&I Power Twenty Seven Private Limited. Ampin C&I Power Twenty Seven Private Limited is a newly incorporated company in the business of setting up, generation, and distribution of Hybrid (Solar + Wind) Power in India.
