UFO Moviez Re-appoints Sanjay Gaikwad as Managing Director

UFO Moviez India Ltd has re-appointed Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad as the Managing Director of the company. The re-appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to member approval at the Annual General Meeting, is for a term of three years, commencing from October 17, 2026, to October 16, 2029. Mr. Gaikwad is not related to any of the company's directors and is not debarred from holding the office.
