UFO Moviez India Limited and TSR Films Private Limited have entered into a settlement deed on October 06, 2026, to resolve all disputes arising from their Advertisement Agreement dated December 23, 2023, concerning in-cinema advertising rights. Concurrently, the parties have executed a new Advertisement Rights Buyout Agreement on mutually agreed terms. This settlement is expected to positively impact the company's advertisement revenue potential. The settlement deed will be presented to the Arbitral Tribunal for incorporation into the final award, resolving all ongoing arbitration proceedings.
