Ugro Capital Appoints Beacon Investor as New RTA

Ugro Capital Ltd announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 4, 2026, approved the appointment of Beacon Investor Holdings Private Limited (Beacon Investor) as the new RTA, replacing MUFG Intime India Private Limited. This move aims to strengthen the company's investor services function. The company also took on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s G.P. Kapadia & Co. The transition process and effective date for the RTA change will be communicated separately.
