Ugro Capital Raises ₹380 Cr from FMO
Ugro Capital Limited has successfully raised INR 380 crore through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) fully subscribed by FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank. This marks FMO's third investment in Ugro Capital within three years, bringing their cumulative commitment to INR 890 crore. The proceeds will be allocated towards financing women-led, youth-led, and rural MSMEs, as well as eligible green projects. This funding strengthens Ugro Capital's strategy of building a diversified, long-tenor institutional funding base, independent of the domestic banking system.
