Ugro Capital revises Q4/FY26 results note (8); no financial change

Ugro Capital Limited has submitted revised Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The revision addresses an inadvertent disclosure error found in note (8) of the standalone financial results. The company explicitly confirmed that there are no changes to any financial figures reported in the Statement of Financial Results, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, or Statement of Cash Flows for both standalone and consolidated statements. Furthermore, the Statutory Auditor’s Report issued by M/s Sharp & Tannan remains unchanged and will not be reissued. The revision is strictly limited to note (8) of the standalone financial results.
