Ugro Capital to Acquire Profectus Capital for ₹ 1398.60 Crores

Ugro Capital Ltd. has approved the acquisition of Profectus Capital Private Limited for a total purchase consideration of ₹ 1398.60 Crores. The acquisition is expected to enhance Ugro Capital's four core NBFC pillars, diversify its portfolio, and generate significant cost savings and profitability. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is subject to regulatory approvals from RBI. The acquisition is expected to complete within 2-3 months from the date of execution of the Share Purchase Agreement.
