Ujaas Energy Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on June 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The meeting, to be held at the company's registered office in Indore, will primarily focus on finalizing the date, time, and venue for the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and approving its draft notice.
