Ujaas Energy reconstitutes CSR and NRC committees

Ujaas Energy Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee and Nomination and Remuneration (NRC) Committee, effective July 30, 2026. Ms. Geeta Mundra has been inducted as an additional member to both committees. The Board also approved and took on record the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company has provided the financial results along with the Limited Review Report from its statutory auditors.
