Ujjivan SFB Dispatches AGM Notice and Annual Report for July 24 Meeting

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd has announced the dispatch of the notice for its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for July 24, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The bank has also submitted its Integrated Annual Report for FY25-26. The notice and report are being sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered. July 17, 2026, is set as the cut-off date for determining voting eligibility. Shareholders without registered email addresses will receive separate communication with a web link to the annual report.
