Ultracab Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Ultracab (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The company cited the finalization and approval of these financial results as the reason for the trading window closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
