Uma Exports Ltd to Form Real Estate LLP with 50% Capital Contribution

Uma Exports Ltd has decided to enter into a Limited Liability Agreement (LLP Agreement) with Multicon Residences LLP for the incorporation of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The Company will contribute 50% capital and become a partner in the proposed LLP. The LLP will carry out real estate, renting and business activities. The proposed incorporation may take approximately one month with an initial investment of INR 50,000.
