Mrs. Sumitra Devi Khemuka, a promoter of Uma Exports Ltd, has disposed of 1,05,000 equity shares, representing 0.31% of the total share capital. The sale occurred in the open market. Following this transaction, her shareholding in the company has reduced from 6.33% to 6.02%. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 33,80,98,300, comprising 3,38,09,830 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
