Umiya Tubes Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Umiya Tubes Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
