Umiya Tubes Ltd Board Approves 13th AGM Notice

Umiya Tubes Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 5, 2026, approved the Notice for the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Board also approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, fixed the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for voting as September 25, 2026, and appointed M/s. Dipika Soni & Associates as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
