Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd Recommends ₹100/Share Dividend

Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has announced its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 9, 2026. The Board of Directors has recommended a total dividend of ₹100 per equity share (1000%) for the Financial Year 2025-26. This includes a regular dividend of ₹40 per share and a special dividend of ₹60 per share from the Thane land sale. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for this dividend has been fixed as September 2, 2026. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on or after September 16, 2026. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility at the AGM is also September 2, 2026.
