Unichem Laboratories: CGST Appeals Partially Allows GSTR TRAN 1 Credit

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has received a partial decision from the Additional Commissioner, CGST (Appeals), Dehradun, regarding its appeal for GSTR TRAN 1 credit. The appeal was filed against an order disallowing a credit of ₹73,02,757/-. The appellate authority has now allowed a portion of the credit, raising a demand of ₹10,59,354/- plus interest. The company stated that this will have no material impact on its financial or operational activities and plans to take appropriate steps, including a potential further appeal.
