Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. IST via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2025-26. Key special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Pabitrakumar Bhattacharyya as Managing Director & CEO for a further three-year term and the ratification of remuneration for the Cost Auditors, Kishore Bhatia & Associates, for the financial year ending March 31, 2027.
