Unick Fix-A-Form And Printers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st January, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Quarterly Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December, 2025. This decision is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019. All Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons/Employees, Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025 is yet to be informed.
