Unicommerce eSolutions Reports 70.6% YoY Revenue Growth in Q4 FY25 and 30.1% YoY in FY25

Unicommerce eSolutions Limited, a leading e-commerce solutions provider, announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported a 70.6% YoY increase in revenue to INR 452.7 Mn in Q4 FY25 and a 30.1% YoY increase in revenue to INR 1,347.9 Mn in FY25. The Adjusted EBITDA grew by 98.1% YoY to INR 88.8 Mn in Q4 FY25 and by 56.3% YoY to INR 283.9 Mn in FY25. The company also added over 125 new clients in Q4 FY25 for Uniware, its highest acquisition in a single quarter to date.
