Hiren Rajendra Mehta, a promoter of Unified Data-Tech Solutions Limited, has disclosed the sale of 1,000,000 equity shares of the company. The transaction took place through the open market on September 18, 2026. Prior to this sale, Mehta held 12,092,910 shares, constituting 60.19% of the total share capital. Following the disposal, his shareholding has reduced to 11,092,910 shares, representing 55.22% of the company's total share capital.
