Unified Data Tech Solutions Ltd informs that Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, pertaining to the submission of the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report, is not applicable to the company. This is because the company is listed on the BSE SME Platform, and is therefore exempt from compliance with certain corporate governance provisions as per Regulation 15(2)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
