Unifinz Capital India Ltd has issued a notice for its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also released its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.
