Unifinz Capital India Ltd has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for November 11, 2026, to approve a preferential issue of up to 98,01,000 warrants convertible into equity shares. The total issue size is approximately ₹99.97 Crores (₹99,97,02,000), with each warrant priced at ₹102. These warrants can be converted into equity shares at a premium of ₹92 per share within 18 months of allotment.
