Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd. Expands Facility by 50% at Innomech Aerospace and Tooling Private Limited

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd., in accordance with SEBI regulations and disclosures in the offer document, has inaugurated an extended facility at Innomech Aerospace and Tooling Private Limited, a wholly-owned material subsidiary. The new facility, located at Aerospace SEZ Park, Bangalore, Karnataka, measures 60,000+ sq. ft. This expansion increases the company's facility footprint by approximately 50%, aligning with their growth strategy. The expansion includes the installation of 24 new machines, with an additional 16 machines already ordered to further enhance capacity.
