Unimech Aerospace Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be shut for promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
