Manbro Industries Acquires 50.04% Stake in Green AAC for ₹3,74,99,904

Manbro Industries Ltd. has acquired a 50.04% stake in Green AAC Block and Mortar Private Limited (Formerly known as Gotripily Travel Services Private Limited) for a total consideration of ₹3,74,99,904 in cash. This acquisition was through an infusion of funds for subscription and allotment of the equity shares, resulting in Green AAC becoming a subsidiary of Manbro Industries.
