Manbro Industries Acquires 99.84% Stake in K D Infrastructures for ₹6,25,00,000

Manbro Industries Ltd has acquired 99.84% of the expanded paid-up equity share capital of K D Infrastructures Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹6,25,00,000 in cash. This acquisition was done by infusion of funds for subscription and allotment of the equity shares, resulting in K D Infrastructures Private Limited becoming a subsidiary of Manbro Industries Ltd.
