Manbro Industries Approves ₹15 Cr Investment in Subsidiary KDIPL

Manbro Industries Ltd, now known as KD Green Industries Limited, announced its Board of Directors has approved an investment of up to ₹15 crore in its subsidiary, K D Infrastructures Private Limited (KDIPL). This investment will be made by subscribing to a further issue of capital in one or more tranches. The funds are intended to support KDIPL's business expansion, capital expenditure, operational needs, loan repayment, and general corporate purposes. KDIPL operates in the fabricated steel products industry. The acquisition is expected to be completed within the Financial Year 2026-27.
