Manbro Industries Invests in Shivam Pipe Industries & K D Ecosystem, Acquires K D Infrastructures

Manbro Industries Ltd has approved investment decisions in its recent board meeting. The company will invest INR 25 crores in Shivam Pipe Industries, a partnership firm, by acquiring 51% stake. This investment will make Shivam Pipe Industries a subsidiary of Manbro Industries. Additionally, Manbro will invest INR 7.5 crores in K D Ecosystem, a partnership firm, by acquiring 26% stake, making K D Ecosystem an associate of Manbro Industries. Furthermore, Manbro will acquire 99.90% equity shares of K D Infrastructures Private Limited for a total consideration of INR 9.9 crores. These strategic investments and acquisitions are expected to expand Manbro Industries' business operations and strengthen its presence in various sectors.
