Manbro Industries to Acquire 90% Stake in Gotripily Travel Services for Rs. 15 Crores

Manbro Industries Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of upto 90% of the expanded paid-up equity share capital of Gotripily Travel Services Private Limited for a total purchase consideration of Rs. 15 Crores. Gotripily Travel Services Private Limited is engaged in the production, manufacturing, treatment, processing, preparation, refinement, import, export, purchase, sale and kinds of eco-friendly building materials, with a special emphasis on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks. The acquisition is expected to be completed during FY 2025-26. Post-acquisition, Gotripily Travel Services Private Limited will become a subsidiary of Manbro Industries Ltd.
