Manbro Industries to Acquire 99.90% Stake in K D Infrastructures for Rs. 9.90 Crores

Manbro Industries Ltd. has approved the acquisition of 99.90% equity shares of K D Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. for a total consideration of Rs. 9.90 Crores. K D Infrastructures is engaged in setting up production facilities for various products including galvanized structural products, power infrastructure components, solar structures, lighting & urban poles, fabricated industrial items, and electro-optical components. The acquisition will make K D Infrastructures a subsidiary of Manbro Industries. The funds will be utilized towards repayment of existing loans and general corporate purposes.
