Union Quality Plastics Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board meeting, held on May 30, 2026, also included the approval of the auditor's report, declaration as per Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI regulations, statement of impact of audit qualifications, and the appointment of M/s.
