Union Quality Plastics Approves Audited Results for FY26

Union Quality Plastics Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The board meeting, held on May 30, 2026, also included the approval of the auditor's report, declaration in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d), statement of impact of audit qualifications, appointment of M/s. Atluri Ramesh & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, and appointment of Mr. Sayed Shahnawaz Nazir as Internal Auditor.
