Union Quality Plastics: Director Karthik Singh Javvari Retires

Union Quality Plastics Ltd announced that Mr. Karthik Javvari, a Non-Executive Director, has retired and will not seek re-appointment. This was disclosed during the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The AGM also covered the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the appointment of secretarial auditors, and the appointment of Mr. Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh as a Director and Managing Director. The meeting was conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with SEBI and MCA regulations.
