Union Quality Plastics MD Resigns; New MD Appointed

Union Quality Plastics Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Jeethendra Singh Goud as Managing Director, effective September 15, 2026. The company also approved the notice for its 42nd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, and the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Changes in committee compositions were also made effective September 8, 2026.
