Uniparts India Ltd Authorises Persons for Materiality Determination and Disclosures

Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Uniparts India Ltd have authorised the following persons jointly (any two) for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and severally for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s): Mr. Gurdeep Soni (Chairman & Managing Director), Ms. Tanushree Bagrodia (Whole Time Director and Group Chief Executive Officer), and Mr. Jatin Mahajan (Head Legal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer).
