Uniphos Enterprises Transfers Part of UPL Holding to Nerka Chemicals

Uniphos Enterprises Limited, a Promoter Group entity of UPL Limited, has transferred 0.11% of its holding in UPL Limited to Nerka Chemicals Private Limited, a Promoter entity. The transferred shares, which amount to 9,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares, were sold at a market price. Post this transaction, Uniphos Enterprises holds 4.94% of UPL’s total share capital. This decision was approved by the shareholders at the AGM held on 20th September, 2024.
