Unisem Agritech Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Compliance

Unisem Agritech Limited has announced the closure of its trading window from October 1st, 2026, until 48 working hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30th, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. To enforce this, Unisem Agritech has designated NSDL as its DP to freeze PAN at the security level for designated persons.
