Unison Metals Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business as permitted by the Chairperson. Concurrently, the company has implemented a trading window closure for its directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly disclosed, in compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations.
