Unistar Multimedia Ltd Reconstitutes Key Committees of Board of Directors

Unistar Multimedia Ltd has announced the reconstitution of several committees of its Board of Directors. The Stakeholder Relation Committee, Audit Committee, and Risk Management Committee have been reconstituted with new members. The Stakeholder Relation Committee is now chaired by Vivekkumar, a Non-Executive Director, with Maheshkumar Padhiyar and Rupinder Manjotsingh as members. The Audit Committee is also chaired by Vivekkumar, with Maheshkumar Padhiyar, Rupinder Manjotsingh, and Abhishek Pratapkumar Thakkar as members. The Risk Management Committee is chaired by Vivekkumar, with Maheshkumar Padhiyar, Rupinder Manjotsingh, and Abhishek Pratapkumar Thakkar as members. This reconstitution will come into effect from 03/12/2025.
