Unitech International CoC Meeting Approves CIRP Expenses

Unitech International Limited held its 13th Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting on July 27, 2026. The meeting, conducted via video conferencing, focused on agenda items including the ratification of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) expenses incurred by the Resolution Professional (RP) as per Regulation 34 of IBBI (CIRP) Regulation, 2016. The resolution for approving these expenses was put to vote and was duly approved by the Committee of Creditors.
