Unitech International CoC Meeting Approves CIRP Extension

Unitech International Limited's Committee of Creditors (CoC) held its 17th meeting on October 12, 2026. The CoC considered and approved two agenda items: ratification of CIRP expenses incurred by the Resolution Professional (RP) and a request for a 60-day extension of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period.
