Unitech International Invites Expression of Interest for Resolution Plans

Unitech International Limited, a company involved in importing, exporting and manufacturing of all kinds of plastic articles at Mumbai and Silvassa, has published Form G for invitation of Expression of Interest / Resolution Plans from prospective Resolution Applicants. This is in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. The last date for receipt of expression of interest is 01-02-2026.
