Unitech International Ltd. Defers Decisions on Legal Counsel, PCS Firm, and Fees in 7th CoC Meeting

Unitech International Ltd. held its 7th Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting on 24-03-2026, where several agenda items were discussed. However, due to paucity of time, decisions on the appointment of legal counsel for CIRP proceedings, appointment of the PCS firm for statutory and secretarial compliances during CIRP, ratification and approval of expenses incurred by the RP, and fees of the Accountant Mr. Rohit Sharma were deferred to the next CoC meeting. The only resolution passed with 100 percent voting rights was to discuss and approve the Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP) and Evaluation Matrix of Corporate Debtor to PRAs. The meeting was conducted in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
